Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
You can return an item you bought from the Cowin Store only within 30 calendar days after the day you received it.
We’ll refund the payment method you paid with (minus your original shipping & handling charges and a restocking fee if applicable) within 14 business days after Cowin receives the device.
To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and doesn't meet the warranty.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Step 1: Tell us what you want to return

Step 2: Wrap it up
Include the following in your package:
-The box your purchase came in
-The device or accessory
-Other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the device
Step 3: Send it back to Cowin
To be sure the device arrives in its original condition, package, and ship it using the label and instructions from the Cowin support email.
In the case of a covered warranty defect, Cowin will at its option: (A) repair the product using new
or refurbished parts; (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or
(C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for the return of
This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance,
normal wear, and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair,
modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
