I purchased the Cowin E8 after being referred to this company. They were pleased with the noise cancellation and overall sound, and once I visited the website, I was shocked at the prices. I like over-the-ear headphones, and after comparing all the models, I chose the E8. They arrived quicker than I expected, and let me say that the presentation was impressive! Order one to get what I'm talking about; my words won't do the presentation any justice (trust me).
SOUND: I used them with my Samsung S24 Ultra, a two-year-old iPad, and eventually my Numark DJ Controller. They sound great! I was streaming Amazon Music on my phone, and after a few EQ adjustments that I usually don't use, the sound quality was impressive. I'm an Android guy, but I will tell you that they sounded better on the iPad. They sound great and are only limited by the device you're using.
NOISE CANCELLATION: On a scale of one to ten, they are an 8 or 9 in noise cancellation quality.
I need to use more uncompressed music to test them further, but overall, I'm happy that I purchased them!
Cowin has a customer for life. I plan on buying one or two more for myself, so I have different color options.

I am on about my 8th or 9th pair of Cowins. Through the E7's or E8's. I recently bought a new pair because I beat the crap out of them at work. And yesterday I set my old pair on my lifted Tacoma tire. Those thirty-seven's drove right over them puppies. I immediately was about to die knowing they would be toast. But I got out, picked them up and, bam! They still work, nothing at all broken. scuffed a bit yes, but work just fine. Thank you for an AMAZING product.
The headphones came packaged wonderfully. Upon opening the box it comes with a thank you card and a little bit about how the company was founded. I wanted to give them a fair shake before listening so I charged them completely before pairing.
Pairing was simple and fast. I’m a music snob so I had to test the range of these headphones so I gave them the Tool, Zeppelin test. Tool for the base and lead, Zeppelin for the higher tones. I will say these headphones are legit. Movies are clear, music is fantastic. I can hear all the parts and instrumentation in orchestral music I can here the trumpets valves or woodwind keys clicking.
The design is a little more bulky than I expected but the weight is surprisingly light. The product is constructed very well and doesn’t appear flimsy or cheaply made like other under $100 headphones.
The ANC works but still allows me to hear enough around me that if my kids or wife need something I’ll hear them if they’re really loud. I also like that the ambient noise is completely gone (I.e. white background noise)
My overall impression of the Cowin E8 is an A rating. I’d like to have a little more bass but the mid range and top ends are wonderful.
Definitely a high quality product that I can’t wait to use on vacation! Keep up the good work Cowin Audio, you definitely have a customer for life in me.
Okay so their pretty good- they cancel noise really well. But my only complaint is that their so heavy. Like they hurt my head & my neck. But they help me with noise sensory issues. So 4.5 stars on the Cowin E8 ‘s :)
